My Story…
Hi all! Nick/Baxter here. I am once again raising funds as a part of the Y of the North Adventure Team for Twin Cities Marathon Weekend. I will be participating in the 10 mile race, and I am hoping you can join me in support of my running journey. We are continuing to work at reducing the adventure gap - providing more and more opportunities for non-white individuals to explore and adventure in the outdoors. After successful efforts with this team over the 2024 Marathon Weekend, I am so thrilled to be back fundraising and running for such a great cause.
Y Camps have made an outstanding impact on me. I've gone from a seasonal staff member to developing a career, meet my wife at Camp, and starting a family. I am now in my 20th year working for this organization, and I cannot think of a better way to celebrate than to fundraise to support the amazing programs we are able to provide.
