My Story…
Greetings Friends,
As many of you know I have grown to enjoy running in my later years of life. It started as a journey of walking to be healthy that progressed to running then participating in a variety of races staring with a 5K up to marathons. Believe it or not it is a sort of therapy for me, keeps me grounded and healthy. I am fortunate at my age to be able to continue to progress forward with my running.
As I have run many of these races I have always thought about doing this while supporting others who have not been as fortunate as myself.
This year I have signed up to run the half marathon in the Twin Cities and as part of my entry I have committed to raising funds for their sponsor charities.
If you click on the link below you can see the broad scope of partners that they support from cancer research, veteran support ALS, Parkinsons and Childrens Hospital to name a few.
I hope you will support me and all of the good partners that work with the Twin Cities Marathon.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Brian
