My Story…
I’m running in support of Sophie’s Squad, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness for mental health in young athletes.
Young athletes carry a lot of expectations from coaches, teammates, parents, and even themselves. The pressure can feel overwhelming, and too often their mental health is overlooked. But they are humans first, deserving of care, love, and support beyond what they do in their sport. Athletics should be a space for fun, growth, and connection... not a weight that hides their struggles.
Sophie’s Squad is working to change the conversation by encouraging open discussions around mental health and showing that seeking help is a true strength. Their mission reminds us that athletes are whole people, and their well-being off the field is just as important as what happens on it.
Every donation, big or small, helps provide awareness, education, and resources so that no young athlete has to face these challenges alone.
Thank you for supporting me and this powerful mission!
