Packing race merchandise in a warehouse with 17 other people

Artarmon Truck Loading - Race Merchandise and Clothing - Thursday 6 March 2025

Packing race merchandise into a truck with 3 other people

Must be able to lift 10kgs boxes

Finish Line for Friday Afternoon Setup - Friday 7 March 2025

Jenolan Caves Cottages

Jenolan Karst Conservation Reserve, Jenolan Caves Road, Jenolan

Can meet at Katoomba and car share from there

Volunteers can stay at the finish line cottages for free on Friday and Saturday night or can car share back to Katoomba

Start Line Katoomba - Saturday 8 March 2025

Jenolan Caves Cottages

Jenolan Karst Conservation Reserve, Jenolan Caves Road, Jenolan

On arrival at Jenolan Caves Cottages, all volunteers need to report to the Volunteer Tent to sign on. This is where you get your Volunteer T-Shirt and Hi-Vis, free lunch voucher and confirm the roles you will be doing

These volunteers can park for free at the Millionth Acre Recreation Area at the corner of Duckmaloi Rd and Jenolan Caves Rd, Hampton, and will go on the free shuttle bus to the finish. 08.00am shift should be on the 7.45 shuttle bus

Buses will be doing a shuttle service from the Duckmaloi Rd corner all day for the 15 minute trip to the finish at Jenolan Caves Cottages

Four Wheel Driver/ SAG Wagon - Saturday 8 March 2025

You must have a largish 4WD and be prepared to attend a training day with the medical team in the weeks before the race

Truck Driver (Standard Car Licence) and Truck Offsider - Thursday 6 March to Saturday 8 March 2025

Pick up truck at AVIS, on Thursday afternoon at Artarmon storage. Drive truck to Katoomba and the finish line on Friday Morning, then back to Katoomba for runners bags. Drive truck back to the finish on Saturday morning with runners bags. Free accommodation Friday and Saturday night.

Truck Driver (Standard Car Licence) and Truck Offsider - Saturday 8 March or Sunday 9 March 2025

Pick up the truck at the finish line, drive to the storage unit at Artarmon, offload race goods into storage. Return the truck to Avis on Saturday night of Sunday morning. Can stay for free at the finish line cottages Friday and Saturday night

Reserve - Katoomba - Park n Ride or Start - Saturday 8 March 2025
