At Run Minnesota, we believe running should be a joy and a healthy outlet available to everyone across our state. For over 60 years, we've been a driving force in making running accessible to all, fostering vibrant, healthy communities through races, training programs, and resources.
Your support helps us break down barriers to running and create opportunities for everyone in the Minnesota running community. Together, we can connect runners, share knowledge, and grow this incredible community.
Run Minnesota is a 501(c)(3) organization that depends on the generous donors like you to harness the power of running to build healthy communities. The City of Lakes Half Marathon is our biggest event of the year and our biggest fundraiser. We appreciate the participation of all runners and are here to make sure everyone gets a great experience from the elite to the first time runner and everyone in between.
Contributions to Run Minnesota are tax deductible. We also welcome support in all sizes! Your gift can help us make a big difference in the success of others in the running community like::
$25 covers the cost of snacks, water, and other essentials for 1 participant at a Run Minnesota race.
$50 contributes to the costs of timing, course supplies, and other materials to make the course safe and fun.
$75 covers the cost of signage for our water stops.
$100 helps pay the costs of barricades in the finish area to make a safe, strong finish for everyone.
$250 contributes to the costs of AEDs, medics, and other key medical professionals at endurance races like the City of Lakes.
$500 adds to our security at the race including the costs associated with blocking the roads, law enforcement, and other essential measures for events.
