Help Carmen raise money

Hi! I'm Carmen and I'm running my first half marathon on October 12 (gulp!). I'm taking this opportunity to raise money for the Victoria Brain Injury Society in memory of my amazing Uncle Bill. 

My Uncle Bill suffered a life changing brain injury in his twenties before I was born. This had a huge impact on my family, and life was unfathomably hard for him some days.

But what he shared with me, when I was a child, was laughter, joy, hugs, time with his turtle (Mr.T) and deep-fried ice cream. He was the best. And I'll be remembering his strength and positivity as I struggle my way through this first half marathon, and maybe his spirit will be cheering me on as I cross the finish line.
