My Story…
I dedicate this run to my brother who survived an overdose suicide attempt in 2021. He is now healthy, happy, and free — sober for over 4 years. My hope is that everyone who struggles with mental health issues knows they are lovable. You are worthy of love. You are loved. There is light at the end of the tunnel. A higher power is with you.
