My Story…

I’m running for Girls Forward because I believe deeply in the power of sport to build confidence, community, and opportunity. I grew up surrounded by strong women who embodied those values — a mother who fought to create opportunities for women’s hockey when they didn’t exist, and a sister who excelled in every sport she tried through hard work and determination.

This cause is personal to me, and running for Girls Forward is my way of honouring the women who inspired me.
