Support me with raising money for Tumour Foundation of BC

The Tumour Foundation of BC is dedicated to optimizing the health and well-being of individuals impacted by neurofibromatosis (NF) through personalized support, educational programs, and resource development.  

NF is a genetic condition which causes tumours to grow on nerves throughout the body.  These tumours are often inoperable and can cause complications such as disfigurement, bone deformities, vision impairment, hearing loss, learning disabilities, chronic pain, cancer and serious mental health conditions.  I know firsthand the challenges because I live with it myself. 

As an individual living with NF, the Tumour Foundation of BC has given me hope and a sense of community.  They have been the voice to raising awareness about this under-recognized disorder (even among healthcare professionals) to foster greater compassion and acceptance for those affected by NF. 

Our goal at the Charity Challenge is to raise vital revenue to keep the foundation's programs and initiatives ongoing to support individuals and families affected by NF.  Without additional funds, the foundation is at risk of closing its doors, and our NF community within BC would lose this essential support system.
