Help Hassan raise money

Hi Friends! 

Growing up, I was always a very poor runner due to uncontrolled asthma and allergies. I remember dreading every Terry Fox run in fear of getting left behind by peers and the possibility of a triggering an Asthma attack. 

Someone who got me over the hump was my dad who I regularly played Badminton with and also encouraged me to be healthy, run regularly, and face my physical limitations head-on. Since high-school and subsequently college, I was able to very healthy with regular sporting activities, going to the gym, and taking pride in my physical health

Flash forward to March 2024 and after a surprise visit to the hospital, the doctor's found a stage 4 glioblastoma brain tumor and he started undergoing treatment immediately. Even during rounds of chemo and radiation, it was inspiring to see him to continue to prioritize walking and physical activity everyday on the treadmill.

This year, I have decided to participate in my very first half marathon in beautiful Vancouver and raise funds in his honor. Any donation small or large will be appreciated and will be dedicated towards cancer research!
