Help Ken raise money

This year I will be walking my sixth consecutive Canada Army Run.

For “Support Our Troops” and “Soldier On”, I will do the 5K (Virtual) this September.



Raising money for “Support Our Troops” and “Soldier On” is what this is all about, so any contributions from supporters of those who serve, have served and military families in need, would be most welcomed.

Like-minded contributors might include:

- aspiring losers of excess weight; 

- believers in everyday walking;

- crack of dawn ruckers (walkers with weight);

- dedicated blood donors (including plasma and platelets);

- everyday historians and genealogists;

- fans of Amateur Radio;

- genial Royal Canadian Legion members;

- honoured supporters of the Crow’s Nest Officers’ Club (St. John’s, NL);

- informed Kentucky Colonels;

- just Knights of Columbus;
 and

- kindred allies of our CF members and veterans.
