This September, I am going to participate in the 5km Army Run event to help raise money for Military Members, Veterans and their families.

In my job I've witnessed firsthand some of the many ways that both Support Our Troops and Soldier On (two charities that directly support Military Members, Veterans and their families) have positively impacted their recipients including financial assistance, the opportunity to participate in various physical activities/sports and so on. These charities meaningfully connect ill and/or injured military members and veterans to one another and assist them through their rehabilitation, mental and/or physical health journeys, help with financial difficulties, etc.
