Mon histoire…
I come from a proud military family, with deep ties to both the Canadian Army and the Royal Canadian Air Force. Growing up in places across Ontario and recently moving to Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, the values of service and resilience were part of my everyday life. The stories of dedication and sacrifice weren't just told, they were lived by the people I looked up to the most.
Now, as a Royal Canadian Army Cadet, I carry that legacy forward. I chose this path not just because it's familiar, but because it challenges me. I'm running because I want to prove to myself that I can do hard things. That I can push past limits, rise to the occasion, and grow stronger with every step.
Being a cadet isn't just about uniforms and drills-it's about leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. It's about showing up, even when it's tough. And for me, it's about honouring where I come from while building who I want to become.
