The Ocean Beach Plunge Club is a group of spirited and supportive women who gather at dawn to embrace the power of connection, movement, and the sea. We begin each morning with a refreshing walk along the beach, soaking in the beauty of the sunrise and the rhythm of the waves, followed by a rejuvenating plunge into the ocean.

Our club is more than just a morning ritual; it’s a source of encouragement, support, and community. Together, we’ve demonstrated the strength of collective action, inspiring one another to achieve things we never thought possible on our own.

As part of our commitment to community, we are raising funds to support Walnut Avenue Family & Women’s Center. With every step we take and every plunge into the sea, we aim to create a ripple effect of hope and empowerment for women in need.
