• For Runners:
  • QR Code
  • Original Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) / Passport or CCCD in the VNeID application
  • Printed hard copy of the Waiver Form signed by the legal guardian for runners under 16
• For Authorized Recipients:
  • Authorized online by the runner
  • QR Code
  • Original Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) / Passport or CCCD in the VNeID application of the authorized person
  • Photocopy/photo of the CCCD/Passport of the authorizing runner
• Additional Documents Required for Runners Under 16:
  • Photocopy/photo of the runner’s birth certificate
  • Printed hard copy of the Waiver Form signed by the legal guardian
  • Photocopy/photo of the legal guardian’s CCCD
  • Photocopy/photo of the guardianship certification (if the guardian is not the runner’s parent)

Race Kit Collection Notes

Runners must keep their QR code confidential and only share it with an authorized representative if needed.
If a runner does not receive the confirmation email with the QR code and waiver form, please contact the event organizers at: phone (+84) 06 207 4489, or email: halongrace@dhavietnam.vn or fanpage.
Runners must check their Race Kit upon receipt. Once they leave the collection area, the organizers will not accept any exchanges or returns for any item in the Race Kit.

The organizers commit to protecting participants’ personal data in accordance with applicable laws. The collected information is solely used for event organization and will not be shared with third parties without consent, the highest security measures are applied to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.

Payment Instructions

Participants can pay via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB through the Onepay gateway.
Bank transfers can be made using a system-generated QR code at checkout. The system will generate a transaction reference number to confirm the runner’s registration automatically.

BIB Delivery Policy

Once payment is successfully completed, the system will generate a BIB number and send it along with the registration confirmation and payment receipt to the runner’s registered email. VRunners can change their BIB number via the BIB change service, subject to the designated fee.
