Hope's Home

As a charitable organization, Hope’s Home provides care where kids with complex medical and typical needs learn, grow and thrive. Hope’s Home is a national leader filling a gap that exists in child and infant healthcare, with on-site nurses that provide medical care to children and support for families outside of a hospital setting.

Children with complex medical needs are kids who have a chronic or progressive medical condition that may become unstable, resulting in a life-threatening situation. Hope’s Home provides the nursing care, support and monitoring that these kids require.  Families have a safe and inclusive environment for their children to play and be kids regardless of any medical needs they may have.
