Help Merylie raise money

In the 35 years since the start of our refugee program, Holy Trinity has sponsored close to 160 newcomers to Canada. Some of these newcomers have since joined our committee and are sharing in the work of helping others to get settled here in Toronto. Two of those who have joined our team this year are Mansoor and Tsige, our ‘star runners’. Please tap on ‘team page’ to see their pages.

For the 8th year in a row, the Houston and Jardim families are joining together to raise money to support the work of the Holy Trinity Refugee Committee. And this year Charlotte’s boyfriend Stathis is joining team Houston.

Jim and I and all of our grandchildren will be running/walking in the 5K Charity Challenge of the Toronto Waterfront Marathon, some in person on October 18th, some closer to home.

I will be down at the Waterfront at dawn, with my trusty exercise machine, to try to raise $15,000 of the $30,000 needed this year.
