Help Rob raise money

October is here and with the change of the seasons my thoughts are turning to the Toronto Waterfront Marathon 5k and my annual fundraising bike ride (160 kms over one or 2 days). The 5k will take place Saturday, October 18; the bike ride sometime this month when the weather is right.

I am once again seeking first-and-foremost your moral support as I undertake these physical challenges - texts or emails of support are great! And, for those who are able, I hope for your financial support for these efforts.
