As an Alumni of NYO Canada I know first hand what type of impact it can have on a young musician. I still have very strong connection to some of the my 2006 colleagues. Now as a member of the NYO Canada admin team I am so grateful to be able to continue working with this incredible organization, and Canadian Arts institution!
Since my time in the orchestra it has continued to grow and expand its offering, to include honorariums for all musicians, sigficnat cash prizes for outstanding players, and mental and physical health support!

This year, I am participating in the 2024 TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon to show my support for NYO Canada!
