Hello! I’m running in the 2025 TCS Waterfront 5K!
I am also fundraising for the Cancer Assistance Program (CAP) in Hamilton.
My family literally stumbled into CAP after a visit to the Juravinski Cancer Centre. We were welcomed with immediate support and resources.
The staff helped us find a wig, head coverings, breast prostheses, and provided a thorough fitting. Shoutout to Kelsey for her patience, encouragement, and knowledge. We left with a lot of gratitude.
We also received discounts/coupons, contact info for staff/volunteers who can arrange rides, personal care info, etc.
My family is so grateful for these free resources we received from CAP.
Any amount you can donate goes a long way for families impacted by cancer.
I know previous donations surely benefited mine. :)

The mission of CAP is to support, educate and empower individuals and families touched by cancer through programs and services provided free of charge. CAP creates access and removes barriers by promoting personal safety, reducing or eliminating financial burden and offering individuals with cancer the opportunity to live more comfortably, with dignity and improved emotional health.
