My Story…
I am running in memory of my Dad, Chris, who loved to run marathons and compete in cycling races. He fought hard against his aggressive cancer diagnosis, ultimately finishing his race in January of 2024. It is important to me to support cancer research to help others in the future have a better chance at winning their cancer battles. Please donate if you can towards The Canadian Cancer Research Society supporting scientists here in Canada developing new treatments and working to more completely understand cancer biology and development. Until September 19th, every $10 donated equals 1KM added onto my training plan for the last month until the race (up to $1500)! Follow along on my instagram for updates starting September 20th!
