My Story…
In 2014, I lost my dad to a severe form of lung cancer. His passing was a turning point in my life—one that I failed to acknowledge positively until recently. But as I get older, it’s now pushed me to reevaluate how I was living. For years, I didn’t prioritize my health, physical or mental, the way I should have. But now, I’m committing to real change. I’m training for this marathon not just to challenge myself physically, but to honour my dad’s memory by embracing a life of health, discipline, and purpose.
I’m also raising funds for the Canadian Cancer Society in his honour—to support critical research, advocacy, and care for families affected by this disease. Your support means the world as I push to run my best and live my best—while helping others fight the battle my dad couldn’t.
Donate to help Kyle raise money for 2025 TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon’s fundraising campaign.
