Over the two and a half years I've worked for Sistema Toronto, I've watched the incredible impact this program has on the kids we teach. Our students get the chance to learn in a warm, stable, welcoming, and affirming environment where their voices are heard and their expression is encouraged. Kids get the chance to come out of their shells, explore their creativity, share their talents with their community, and graduate from the core program with a love for music that will last for the rest of their lives.
Help me raise money in support of this exceptional program so that they can continue providing free music and social development programming to kids in Toronto's underserved neighbourhoods! This program is truly life-changing 🎶
Description
Sistema Toronto currently serves 500 students across the city, but our program is growing with the goal of serving 1000 kids every week, introducing new program offerings, and providing leadership opportunities to our honours students. You can read more about our expansion in our growth plan, Forte: Stronger Together. Every donation we receive helps support this expansion to bring transformative musical education to even more of Toronto’s young people, helping them grow to realize their full potential as engaged and responsible citizens. We truly appreciate any gift, no matter how large or small.
