Earlier this year, we said goodbye to my beloved grandmother, Tran Phuong. She lived with dementia in her later years, a journey that deeply impacted our family and showed us both the challenges and quiet moments of love that come with this disease.

To honor her memory, I’m raising funds for the Alzheimer Society of Toronto, an organization that supports individuals and families affected by dementia and invests in critical research for better care, treatment, and ultimately, a cure.
