Help Heather raise money

On Sunday October 19^th, Jon and I are participating virtually in the Toronto Waterfront Marathon - Half Marathon, by walking from Banff to Canmore, AB. 

It’s definitely going to be a challenge, but in perspective, it’s small undertaking compared to what people with lupus face every day. 

I hope that this walk helps raise awareness and inspires conversations about lupus, a disease which is so often misunderstood and underrecognized.
