Description
Project Canoe offers 5-, 8-, and 14-day canoe trips in Algonquin Park for youth facing barriers. These trips help participants build canoeing, camping, and wilderness skills, while also developing vital life skills like leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Project Canoe also runs year-round outdoor programs across the Greater Toronto Area to deepen participants' connection to nature and foster skills development. Activities include canoeing the Humber River, kayaking the Toronto Islands, cross-country skiing in Tommy Thompson Park, and hiking through Evergreen. By supporting Project Canoe, you provide youth with access to transformative outdoor experiences that foster confidence, resilience, wellness, and growth.
