Help Ada raise money

This year, I’ll be taking part in the TCS 5k Charity Challenge in support of Good Foot Delivery 

For those who might not know, Good Foot is a charity and social purpose organization that provides meaningful employment and training for autistic and neurodivergent adults through a competitive same-day Courier service right here in Toronto.

For the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of watching Good Foot grow from a small start-up into a vibrant community where people who are so often overlooked in the workforce are given the chance to thrive. I’ve seen firsthand the pride, confidence, and independence that meaningful work can bring, and the ripple effect it has on families and communities.

The work we do isn’t always easy, but it’s deeply important. What we do goes far beyond training and employment — we offer a helping hand when someone is struggling, a listening ear when they need to be heard and encouragement when self-doubt starts to creep in. At Good Foot, our Couriers and participants are celebrated for who they are and supported as they grow. 

And for me, this mission is also personal. As a mom, I can’t help but think about the future my daughter will inherit. My hope is that by the time she is entering the workforce, organizations like Good Foot will have set the standard for true inclusion — an environment where every person, no matter how they think or learn, has a place to belong and contribute.
