Thrombosis Canada is a national charity dedicated to preventing and treating blood clots—one of the leading causes of death and disability in Canada. Through education, awareness, and free, accessible resources, we help patients, families, and healthcare providers recognize the signs, reduce risks, and manage complications of thrombosis. By joining the Toronto Marathon Charity Challenge in support of Thrombosis Canada, you're helping save lives, fund critical programs, and ensure more Canadians can access the information and care they need.
