Help me help Lifeline save lives
Its coming up to that time of year again where I test this body to its limits by cycling from Berowra to Broke, 183Km with over 2000m of Climbing in one day. This year marks the 10th Anniversary for the event (my 4th) in which to raise awareness and much-needed funds for Lifeline. Mental health affects so many of us, and Go4Broke exists to support those doing it tough. All funds raised go directly to Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney, helping to keep the 13 11 14 crisis line running 24/7, and supporting vital frontline mental health services in our community. I’m riding to make a difference—and I’d love your support. Every dollar helps. Every dollar could save a life. Thank you!
Description
Every day, nine Australians lose their battle with mental health — help us help Lifeline.
In recent years, challenges like COVID, natural disasters, and financial pressures have deeply affected our communities. As a result, more people than ever are turning to Lifeline for support—through both their frontline mental health services and the national 13 11 14 crisis line.
This year, I’m taking part in the 10th Go4Broke – GFB25, a gruelling 183km cycling event with over 2,000 metres of vertical climbing, from Berowra to Broke in the Hunter Valley.
As a proud participant in GFB25, I’ll be raising funds for Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney. Your support will not only help staff the 24/7 13 11 14 crisis line, but also fund critical, on-the-ground mental health services in our local community. The Lifeline centre in Gordon is one of the few in Australia that answers calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—especially during the late-night and early morning hours, when people experiencing depression and anxiety are often most vulnerable.
At Go4Broke, every dollar we raise goes directly towards funding these essential services. Over the past nine years, we’ve raised more than $500,000—and we’re just getting started. Please consider supporting me as I train for this incredibly tough but deeply meaningful ride.
Every dollar makes a difference. Every dollar could save a life.
Thank you for helping me support Lifeline.
