My Story…
Hello friends....my daughters and I will be entering this marathon to help raise money for international children with special needs. Having a granddaughter with challenges has taught me just how lacking we are in Canada for funding of our own children with challenges and extra needs. Knowing this, I can't even begin to imagine what other countries less fortunate than ours must endure. When my youngest daughter challenged her sister and myself, we didn't hesitate to step up.
My goal is $1,000.00 and I will say in advance that I appreciate any and all donations. Most of us have children or nieces / nephews so it is not hard to see the importance behind this race. Let's all try to give a bit to help a child in need.
