Transfers to another person or another distance can only be done online.
The deadline for online transfers to another person or another distance is midnight on Sunday, 27 July 2025.
Transfers to another distance or to another person after midnight on 27 July 2025 will not be allowed at all, either online or via email request. No transfers will be allowed at package pick-up or on the day of the race to another distance or to another person.
Transfers between Events:
Transfer from less to more expensive events: The Participant pays a $12 transfer fee and the difference in the event price. (plus processing and taxes)
Transfers from more to less expensive events: The participant pays a $12 transfer fee. (plus processing and taxes) The difference is not refunded.
Transfers between participants:
Both participants should be present at pick up for the transfer, or the new participant must have an email from the original registrant acknowledging the transfer and presenting the participant’s registration at pick up.
The new participant must fill out a new registration form, sign a waiver, and pay
the $12 transfer fee. (plus processing and taxes)
Note: There are no refunds for the race registrations.
