Join the Fun – Volunteer to Help Gorillas at the Edmonton Ice Cream Run!
Dear Volunteer,
We’re gearing up for the Edmonton Ice Cream Run, and we’d love for you to join our incredible volunteer team!
This event isn’t just about running—it’s about protecting gorillas, promoting global health, and building community. And we need amazing people like you to help make it happen.
🏃♀️ Volunteer Roles We’re Looking to Fill:
Route Marshal Lead – Keep runners safe and on course by leading the route team. Perfect for someone organized and energetic.
Route Marshals – Cheer on runners, direct them along the route, and keep the energy high.
Water Station Volunteers – Keep our runners hydrated and motivated. Bonus points for enthusiasm and high-fives!
Medal Handout Team – Be the first to congratulate runners by placing a medal around their necks—your smile will mean the world!
Photographers – Capture the smiles, costumes, and unforgettable moments to help tell the story and spread the mission.
Ice Cream Toppings Lead – Organize and oversee the toppings table
Toppings Station Helpers – Set up and run the toppings table. Bring your sweet ideas!
Ice Cream Distribution Lead – Coordinate our finish-line ice cream heroes.
Ice Cream Servers – Hand out delicious scoops to runners crossing the finish line. You’ll be everyone’s favorite!
Set-Up / Tear-Down Crew – Be part of the behind-the-scenes magic that makes the event run smoothly.
Floaters / Help Where Needed – Flexible helpers to jump in and support wherever they’re needed most.
