Help Shannon raise money

Our 16 year old son, Ashton, was diagnosed with a brain tumour earlier this year. He underwent surgery to remove a Pilocytic Astrocynoma and the subsequent cerebrospinal fluid build up that had caused immense pressure. There were some complications during his surgery that resulted in an even longer recovery process than expected. As a long term stay patient / family at Queensland children’s hospital, we have received support from RMHC SEQ, providing accomodation, financial assistance and a community to assist us during a difficult and challenging time. With Ashtons rehabilitation nearing the time he will be able to come home we are excited to participate in Logan Colour Fun Run, raising funds for such a worthy cause. From the Ashes we rise.
