My Story…
Why do I run? Great question and no, it's not just to the bakery.
My father was an incredible athlete who throughout his battle with cancer still managed to run a full marathon. It was his sheer strength and determination that keeps me grateful every single day that I can go outside and appreciate my health. Running is for everyone, people of all ages, sizes, abilities can do this, it's not the pace, it's not the distance, it's having a go and backing yourself!
Please donate to this incredible cause to help the 1.5 million living with diabetes - let's make this happen!
Description
I’m running the 2025 Toohey Trail Run in support of Diabetes Australia.
Diabetes affects everyday Australians every day.
Did you know that a healthy blood glucose level before a meal is 5mmol/L? That makes 5 a pretty special number for people living with diabetes to remember...
My challenge, along with running the Toohey Trail, is to get as many donations as I can to reach my goal!
Please support me on my run and Diabetes Australia. Every donation, either big or small, makes all the difference.
Together, let’s show the 1.5 million people living with diabetes in Australia that we are here for them.
