Hi friends,

I’m thrilled (and a little nervous) to share that I’ll be participating in my very first triathlon. I’ve decided to use it as an opportunity to give back to a place that means a lot to me: Stanley Park.

Stanley Park has been the backdrop to some of my favorite memories with family and friends. It’s a place that’s given me a lot over the years.

To support the important work that goes into protecting and preserving this special place, I’m raising funds for the Stanley Park Ecology Society: a non-profit that plays a key role in maintaining the health and resilience of Stanley Park. Their work includes habitat restoration, environmental education, wildlife monitoring, and community engagement, all aimed at ensuring the park continues to thrive as a sanctuary for both people and wildlife. From preserving native species to leading school programs and volunteer efforts, they help keep Stanley Park vibrant and alive for generations to come.
