Help Karenna raise money

hello everyone! on november 1st i will be running a 10km for Road to Hope. I will be running with a team to raise money for Shalem. With the donations, Shalem hopes to make mental health support more accessible for those who struggle with the cost. My personal goal is to raise $500, but i would love to exceed that! 

My story with mental health has been a rocky one. I have gone through many periods of highs and lows. I know from experience how alone someone with depression and anxiety can feel. That is why this cause is so important to me. Shalem has provided me a lot of support with my personal struggles and i would love to be able to contribute to their helping of others in the community.
