Set-Up Crew 5 a.m. -7 a.m.
As a Set-Up Crew Volunteer, you’ll help transform the event space into an exciting and well-organized venue by assisting with equipment, signage, and materials. Your role is vital in ensuring everything is in place for a smooth and successful event.
Registration Assistants 6 a.m. - 9 a.m.
As a Registration Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for participants on race day. You’ll ensure a seamless check-in process, distribute race materials, and confirm registrations, setting the tone for an unforgettable event.
Course Monitors 7 a.m. - 11 a.m.
As a Course Monitor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, support, and motivation of our 5K participants. Positioned at key locations along the race route, you’ll help guide runners, maintain order, and create an energetic and positive atmosphere.
Water Station Attendant 7 a.m. - 11 a.m.
As a Water Station Attendant, you’ll provide hydration and encouragement to our participants, helping them stay energized and motivated throughout the race. Your efforts will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Clean-up Crew 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
As a Clean-Up Crew Volunteer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the event's cleanliness and sustainability. Your work will help us demonstrate our commitment to the environment and ensure participants and spectators have a great experience from start to finish.
