Help Jessica raise money

I used to run quite a bit, but I haven’t gone for a proper run since 2019! Signing up for this race is definitely outside my comfort zone, but I couldn’t imagine a better reason to lace up my (very dusty) running shoes once again. I’m running my first 5K in over five+ years in support of Baby Love, where I’m proud to serve as Executive Director. We provide diapers, wipes, and other essentials to families across Toronto, working to close the diaper gap for the 1 in 5 families who can’t afford these basic needs. My kids are part of the reason I haven’t prioritized running in recent years, but they’re also exactly why I care so deeply about the work we do at Baby Love. I know firsthand how expensive these essentials are, and how quickly little ones go through them. This run is a way for me to challenge myself while raising funds and awareness for a cause I believe in.
