Through our Canada Cares program, the Canadian Abilities Foundation has long championed the health and well-being of caregivers by offering education, advocacy, peer-to-peer networks, and national recognition via our awards program. We deliver inclusive, culturally responsive projects to support caregivers from diverse backgrounds and provide holistic resources to empower them across life stages.
