This year, I decided to dedicate my run to something bigger than myself. Mental health touches all of us—whether personally, through a friend, or within our families. Too often, people struggle in silence, and I believe no one should ever feel alone in their fight. That’s why I chose to support CAMH Foundation. CAMH is Canada’s leading mental health hospital and research centre, working every day to break stigma, save lives, and bring hope through better care and new discoveries. As I push through every km, I’ll be thinking of the strength it takes for so many to keep going in the face of invisible battles.
