My Story…
I am running a half marathon to raise money for Shriners Children's Hospital. Shriners has made a life-changing impact on my family by providing exceptional care and reducing medical costs for my brother, Nate. When Nate was just 9 months old, he was diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis and a rotated spine. Thanks to the incredible medical team at Shriners, he received a comprehensive care plan that included several years of wearing a cast. Eventually, the cast was removed, and now he only needs to wear a back brace. Today, at 9 years old, Nate’s spinal curvature has been reduced from 70 degrees to just 10 degrees! While his condition still requires monitoring as he continues to grow, we are so grateful for the care and support Shriners continues to provide on his journey. Please join me in helping give back to Shriners Children's Hospital so that they can continue to help and support other children and their families. Thank you!
