Hello all,
I'm participating in the 5th annual Forest City riding challenge to not only but to raise MUCH NEEDED funds for London's own St Joe's Hospital Mental Health facilities. This is a cause close to my heart, very close, and I would love if I could please have a little assistance with a donation. I do and would appreciate you all and anything you may be able to extend. Mental Health issues affect us all in some way - we all have stress and know the lows it can bring us all. Please help, I've started the donations already and will soon be jumping on my trusty bike for 100 k. Thank you and blessings. J

Donate to help raise money for 2025 Forest City Cycling Challenge fundraising campaign.
The 5th Annual Forest City Cycling Challenge (2025), presented by Lerners Lawyers, is a fundraising cycling event in the London, Ontario and surrounding area. Proceeds from the event will support Mental Health Care at St. Joseph’s Health Care London and the purchase of equipment dedicated to those with severe and persistent mental illness.
