For the 5th year as co-founder of the Forest City Cycling challenge, I'm supporting mental health care in Middlesex County by riding100km in the Forest City Cycling Challenge on June 1, 2025 and I hope that you can help as well by sponsoring me. Funds raised go to support mental health care via St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation.

Donate to help raise money for 2025 Forest City Cycling Challenge fundraising campaign.
The 5th Annual Forest City Cycling Challenge (2025), presented by Lerners Lawyers, is a fundraising cycling event in the London, Ontario and surrounding area. Proceeds from the event will support Mental Health Care at St. Joseph’s Health Care London and the purchase of equipment dedicated to those with severe and persistent mental illness.
