Reesor 50

This year's event will take place from May 16-18, 2025 at the Historic Reesor Ranch. Please read the following important information before completing the registration process:

1. Only 4 volunteers per shift at aid stations. We have a lot of shifts to cover because this race is 18 hours long. If the shift you wanted is taken, please consider taking a different shift. Please don't contact us and ask if you can be added to an aid station shift that is at capacity. We will ask you to please choose a different shift and/or aid station location.
2. If you are registering for multiple jobs, please check and double check that the times of your jobs do not overlap. In the past, we have tried to accommodate these overlapping shifts but it makes things extra tricky on our end. So please make sure you are not signing up for jobs that have times that overlap. The shift time is listed in the title of each job. Please have a close look before putting a checkmark in any boxes.
3. It is crucial that you show up for assigned jobs. If you have to cancel, we understand, life happens, but please try to let us know at least 24 hours prior to race weekend if possible. It is hard to keep things running smoothly if you do not show up for your shift. Often there are just enough volunteers to make things work so a no-show can really throw a curve ball for other volunteers who end up having to work longer and harder than they planned because they don't have the needed personnel at their station.
