REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION
- 5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
- All entries include a commemorative technical race shirt.
- Online registration will close at noon (MST) on Friday, June 6th, 2025 or when the event is sold out.
- An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration into the 2024 Gran Fondo Jasper
- All prices listed in Canadian Dollars.
- VISA, MC, Amex, Discover Card, VISA Debit and INTERAC Online accepted.
- Your credit card statement will show a charge from "2025 Gran Fondo Jasper" for your online registration into this event.
- Registration is subject to annual final Parks Canada approval.
- Due to the unique character of Jasper National Park, a wildlife interaction could occur on the race route. In such cases, the Event Organizers reserve the right to change the race route, delay the race, stop participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, alter the distance of the route, cancel or other measures deemed necessary as per the Event Wildlife Interaction Response Plan. The participant understands this risk and acknowledges that no refunds will be issued in this case.
- All participants must show picture ID at check-in.
- The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny entries or registration changes for any reason.
- A participant with an injury, illness, or simply not attending is not eligible for a refund, transfer or a deferral entry to a future event.
- All entries are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable to another person, and Non-Deferrable to a future event unless otherwise stated in the Gran Fondo Jasper Infectious Disease policies (below).
*NOTE - There is potential for course changes due to construction and fire mitigation from the 2024 wildfires. Final routes and distances will be confirmed in the spring of 2025.

HOW THIS WORKS
1. Register and pay a discounted entry fee of $99 to secure your spot!
2. Create a fundraising page and commit to raising a minimum of $1000 by race day for our charity!
*by registering for this category, you agree to fundraise a minimum of $1000 for our charity.
If you do not meet the minimum 24hrs prior to race-day, you will be charged the difference to be able to participate in the event.
TRANSFERS, REFUNDS, DEFERRAL, INFECTIOUS DISEASE and POLICY
All registrations are non-refundable.
- NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS -
Covid Policy: In case the event gets cancelled or postponed due to covid all registrations will be transferred to the 2026 event, less a 40% administration fee.
We are a small organization and event planning requires us to prepare all year long. With that we are unable to offer refunds.
However, we recognize that injuries and unforeseen events come up, so we have a few options if you:
- Distance Changes
- Transfers To Another Person
- If the event cannot take place in 2025 due to a pandemic (COVID-19 or other), the participant will have the following options:
- Free entry in the 2025 Virtual Event OR;
- Free entry deferral to the 2026 event, less a 40% administration fee
- If the participant is from outside of Canada, and does not have an option to travel to Canada as per an order in place by the Canadian federal government due to the pandemic (ie. all citizens of the participant's country are not permitted to travel to Canada), the participant will have the following options:
- Free entry in the 2025 Virtual Event OR;
- Free entry deferral to the 2026 event OR;
- A Full Refund (less registration company processing fee)

Gran Fondo Jasper is proud to announce Alpine Village as the Presenting Sponsor of the MNP Gran Fondo Jasper. As the presenting sponsor for Gran Fondo Jasper, Alpine Village will be the official host accommodations for the event. Official booking information will be made available in January 2025.
