My Story…

I have struggled with my weight for years now. It's a personal battle I continue to fight over and over. My friend Tony was a big pusher for my health. Even one time making me eat vegetables instead of cake at a party haha. 

Sadly he passed away last year and in his honour I'll be raising funds and "running" this race. He worked for ark aid before he passed so all proceeds are going to a great cause helping people in need in London.

I have lost 60 lbs in the past 5 months and hope to lose more. So please donate. Honour a good friends memory with me.
