Individual or Team registration—A team must have a minimum of 2 members and a Maximum of 6 members. The Team Captain enters all members at the point of registration. Team members receive a $5 discount applied at checkout.

Celebrate Canada Day with the 2025 Virtual Canada Day 5K/10K fun run/walk.
This event is a fun run and results will not need to be submitted.
Run with us, wherever you are! You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, or on the treadmill.
You get to run your own race, at your own pace.

Virtual Canada Day participants will receive Limited Edition Goodr Canada Sunglasses, race bib, and finishers medal
