My Story…
Hi, I was diagnosed with ventricular tachycardia (Vtach) earlier this year. This means that the lower right chamber of my heart wasn't beating properly. I was fortunate to have a fantastic team at the Foothills Hospital perform a cardiac ablation on March 13, 2025. Since then I'm slowly getting back to my normal activities, including running. Please help me reach my goal as I will be running for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. This fundraising will help other people like me overcome cardiac conditions. I'll admit this run is very personal to me so any financial donation is appreciated. Also, please come out on the day to cheer all runners/walkers on! Love, Tonia Friess
