Our story…
Hi! I'm Coach Ashley, RRCA certified running coach, found, and owner of Dash Coaching & Training. This year several of my fantastic runners will be participating in the Beverly YMCA's Homecoming 5k. The Y is a place close to my heart. It's where I established my love for fitness, where I met my husband and eventually where I met many amazing moms through the daycare. Your donation will not only create encouragement for the Dash Team but it will also directly ensure that programs like swim safety, childcare, and youth development remain accessible to everyone who needs them.
