HOW THE 12Ks OF GIVEAWAYS WORKS
12 days! 12 epic prizes! 12 chances for registered 12K’s participants to win!
From Dec 1st - 12th, we will select a daily 12K’s prize winner. Here’s how you could win:
- Be a registered 12K's participant
- Follow @RunCalgary on Instagram or Facebook
- Post your virtual 12K’s photos/videos! We’ll accept selfies, group photos, action shots, scenery from your walk/run, snaps of your swag, anything 12K’s related!
- Tag @RunCalgary in your posts or stories and use the hashtag #12KsofChristmas
- Note: you must have a public profile or have Run Calgary following you in order for us to see your posts!
- If you are not active on these platforms or have a private profile, send your photos to events@calgarymarathon.com and include your name and confirmation number.
- Each day from Dec 1 - 12 at 5pm MT, a winner will be randomly drawn from all cumulative posts up until that day.
- Daily posting is not required, but more posts means more entries!
- Winner names will be verified to ensure they are a registered 12K’s participant, we may send you a DM to ask for your 12K’s confirmation # to double check! We will not ask for any other personal information, credit card info etc.
- Winners will be clearly announced on our official @RunCalgary Instagram and Facebook pages, as well as this page that you're on right now!
- Winners will then be contacted via email with information on how to claim your prize.
- Be aware of spam accounts!
- All posts/stories/email entries are thoroughly recorded, even if it's not reshared!
